depends on your state. California has already raise min to $7.50 and the rest of the states will follow. The latest will be around 2008.

It does depend on your state. Some have already passed laws...some are pending. The national law has not been passed yet so it is not across-the-board. The house passed it, but not the senate and the president then needs to sign.
