i've been using my boyfrinds last name with my own for business reasons for two years and we are to be married this year but he tells i'm his wife and i tell he's my huband...i know it would be a slim technicality but that's all i need to settle this discussion!!!thanks in advance for all advice good or bad it keeps me young

I had my neighbor check it out, there used to be,
but Pennsylvania did away with common law marriage.
