who is the girl on the cover? Do you think that this book was good? I though it was. Does anyone have another book i could read about teens and little romance in it i really like these types books

I haven't read Estrella's Quinceanera although I've heard good things about it. But I can recommend other YA romance books. Sarah Dessen is probably my favorite when it comes to this genre. I recommend reading all of her books. My particular favorite is The Truth About Forever. But everyone's different. Her other works include: Just Listen, Someone Like You, That Summer, This Lullaby, Keeping the Moon, and Dreamland.
Twilight by Stephenie Meyer is great.
