okay, are skirts going to be "in" this spring?
b/c i want o know, b/c i want to find some.
this is what i'm looking for, so can you tell me where you would go?
okay:
knee length
inexpenisive (less than $25)
no mini skirts!
i like skirts that flow, but i like any knee length skirt.

Skirts are in basically every spring. Try forever 21. Their stuff is still mostly for winter but in a month or so they should have some nice skirts in the style and price range you're looking for.

walmart, kohls, ross, tj max, macys (sometimes - girls section), sears, forecer 21 (great store), wet seal (another great store - lots of sales), marshalls
