There is Washington County, Pa, only about 20 minutes from Pitts. Its not "secluded", but its not a real busy area either, with lots of areas to choose from, wether it be an apartment or a house. You might also want to look in the Robinson Town center area.

That should not be difficult. Hopewell is a little slow right now. Did you look in the paper? Just drive around the area. People often have signs out. You can try craigslist.org too.
