what browser are you using? the new I.E. has a built in popup blocker, and firefox has always had one. A simple work around is to hold the CTRL button while you click on an email, which will allow the popup to 'pop.' If you have firefox, a little yellow bar will pop up at the top of your screen allerting you of a popup. Simply click on the 'options' button to the right of that bar, and select "allow popups from " It might be similar in I.E.7. Alternatively, you can go to your internet options, and find the pop-up blocker settings. in firefox there is an 'exceptions' button which will let you add exceptions to the popup rule. I don't use I.E., but I would assume they have the same option.

If this doesn't work, it probably means you have a 3rd party popup blocker installed. try going to view > toolbars, and unchecking the toolbars which you dont need. One of them (such as yahoo toolbar, google toolbar) might have a popup blocker.

Hope this helps!

A temporary work around is to hold either the SHIFT or CTRL key while clicking the button/link.

If you are using Internet Explorer, to enable pop-ups on those sites, click Tools -> Internet Options -> Privacy tab -> Settings button. Then add those sites to the list.
