3) Authorizing, ordering and condoning direct attacks on civilians, civilian facilities and locations where civilian casualties were unavoidable.

4) Instituting a secret and illegal wiretapping and spying operation against the people of the United States through the National Security Agency.

5) Threatening the independence and sovereignty of Iraq by

Yes you all say Bush never lied under oath. Bush and Cheney has refused to swear under oath I.e. to the 911 commission. You all need to read your history. So of course if he doesn't swear to tell the truth he can't be held to perjury.

Simply, because generally a congress of the opposite party has to be in power for impeachment to even be suggested. There has been some talk of the democrats impeaching bush (they could impeach w/ a majority in the house, but they would never actually get him out of office in the senate), but hopefully they're above the partisan bickering. Interestingly enough, the only other president besides clinton to have articles of impeachment passed against him was Andrew Johnson. In this case, congress passed a law that they knew Johnson would breach (making it illegal for him to fire somebody without their consent, it was actually an unconstitutional law) and then when he of course did it, they impeached him. It has always been a politically motivated act. Probably the only president who was completely guilty of "high crimes and misdemeanors" was Nixon, but he resigned before he could be impeached.

Although you are not quite correct in your assessment of Bush, there is an element of truth in what you are saying.

Yes, he mislead the people on WMD and terrorists from Iraq and that was false. The justification was false and the war is/was illegal as far as the UN. Everyone is still trying to figure why so many young Americans and Iraquis died?? Why? Is it really the oil? or just power?

I believe that there are impeachable offenses that the Bush administration has carried out and impeachment could happen. Especially since they are escalating the war rather than a new direction.

I do agree that lying about sex and being responsible for the killing of so many people does not seem balanced.

i guess you're refering to Former president clinton, well the whole idea of the impeachment was stupid, i think it was unnecessary, the entire FBI and CIA gave up all their investigations and instead investigfated the man who avoided war for just having a good time, Yes he was the president but that doesn't change the fact that he was also a normal human being with weakness for sweetness who didn't stay strong when he was faced with temptation. the reason why threatening the sovereignty of Iraq isn't impeachable is because of the gain. Your right, you can't be impeached for having an extramarital affiar. Clinton never was. Learn something before you look silly (opps to late) Clinton was impeached for committing a felony called perjury. That is why he was impeached, disbarred in his state and disbarred from the US supreme court.
All of what you listed about Bush is your own opinion. None of what you list is a crime by any means and therfore not impeachable. You can't impeach because you don't like someone, their politics etc.
Just to answer a few of your opinions above... he never siezed power (your opinion) and never saw anything in the constituttion about your wars of agression (aren't all wars agressive??) The constitution actaully gives him 100% authority to wage war. The whole declaration thing is misunderstood. All the lies you allege are also your opinion, but his info was the same info clinton, kerry, gore, kennedy, albright etc had for 8 years before him and acted on and made public statements about.

And to add to you education, impeacment is nothing. It is merely the equivalent of an indictment. It is not removal. After impeachment, he is then tried before the senate (no democrat 2/3) where all the dirty laundry will come out. Even if he is convicted, it still doesn't mean removal. That could be one of the penalties, among many... As far as history, only one President was impeached... Dollar Bill.
