make up help??

ok.i have blue eyes and fair skin.what kind of make up do i wear and what colors. please help me and how can i put color into my hair without actually putting dye in it.i have dark brown hair wanting like lite brown streaks or blonde.

People with blue eyes look best in all shades of brown
and gold or cream/pink eye shadows,, when it comes to hair add highlights that rinse off with water if you don't wont to dye it

make-up: for fair skin, start with a gently tinted moisturizer or well-matched foundation/powder (cover girl: true blend). try using light browns and pinks for shadows; eye: use a richer brown or auburn color for evenings out; remember: blending is the key! smudge a dark brown around outer edges of eye and mascara on top and bottom lashes. try a pale pink with a little shimmer on the apples of your cheeks and similar gloss on the lips. and don't forget to arch those brows!

hair: have you tried a rinse? this is the semi-permanent answer to color changes. also, try a little 'Sun In'.
