she shouldnt have a claim on anything because it would have happened after they were divorced...but just to be on the safe side try and wait until its all set in stone before doing things jointly. solicitors seem to make up clauses these days for their clients, so better to be safe than sorry! xx

I'm pretty sure it will only apply to things that were owned by the 2 of them or acquired while they were together. your personal money etc will be safe.

No, what`s yours is yours. She doesn`t have a claim on it. You`re nothing to do with her financially.

legally she has no right to claim anything of yours, unless of course she can prove that your helping hide assets of his.
