ive been using proactive for 6 weeks. why dont i have a clear face?

ive been washing my face twice a day, and i still have 2 zits. Arent i spose to have a clear face? im 17 and ive never had very many zits i only get 3 zits every month. Why dont i have a clear face?

Also look at how much caffeine (Soda, coffee, whatever) you drink. Avoid it like the plague and start drinking loads of water. It will seriously help your skin. I used to get the worst break outs in the world (and I'm in my thirties) until I cut out soda and coffee.

There's no miracle product that is just going to make your skin awesome all the time but following some healthy choices in food and drink can help.

I used Proactiv too. It seemed like it was dredging all the junk up out of my face and I had the worst breakouts for the first month or 2 after I began using it. Be sure to use all three products. If you are just using the face wash and not the astringent, then you are just bringing all the junk up out of your face and not following up by killing the bacteria. Then you have to use the lotion. If you don't, your skin will make it's own oils to moisturize your face and that leads to... acne!

It's not going to make your face COMPLETELY clear. The infomercials are just trying to tell you all of this stuff that way you'll buy it. And also, your skin has to get used to the stuff.

my son didnt have any luck with proactive, try another product. we have found that acnefree works and it is alot cheaper!
