My plants froze overnight, what do I do now?

I live in Southern California, normally warm weather climate, but temperatures dropped to freezing overnight :-(

Some plants can survive a short freeze but for the ones that can't...... add them to the compost pile...if they have survived you'll know as they'll grow again..wait a couple of weeks before pulling any out...some are pretty tough...

Try putting plastic over them to protect them or bring them indoors.
