It is free to register, see if your phone is compatible. They have tons of ringtones and wallpapers. You can also use their services to upload wallpapers and ringtones from your pc to your phone.

Go to mobile9.com, zedge.net or mytinyphone.com. Download the ringtones on your computer then e-mail them to your phone. If you don't know your phone's e-mail address, try sending a pic message to your inbox from your phone then hit reply.
