Ugh, I really have the same problem! even if I basically tear up at a movie for a 2d or 2, my eyes are puffy the subsequent morning! it is extraordinarily demanding to get the swelling down, yet i take advantage of a cold compress the evening earlier, and when I awaken the subsequent morning I soak a pair of cotton pads with Thayers Alcohol loose Rose Petal Witch Hazel and allow that sit down on my eyes for a couple of minutes earlier I do my makeup. Rose reducess redness and swelling. Witch hazel moisturizes, reduces swelling and shrinks pores. it is not a captivating answer, however it helps lots.

Alright. I know this sounds a little wacky, but it really works. OK, before bed, put two clean metal spoons in the freezer. When you wake up, place a spoon on each eye, and leave it there for 5-10 minutes. The coldness helps bring down the swelling.

At Wal-mart, there are "soothing eye compresses" the brand of them is Simply Basic. They are a dollar fifty and you put them in th fridge or in hot water for 6 minutes then leave them on your eyes and they work so well! No puffiness or tiredness!! Hope you find what you're looking for!

Use 2 cucumber slices, let them sit under your eyes for about 15 minutes, this will reduce the water retention under your eyes which cause puffiness.
