Okay. So when I snyc the music, it works...it syncs......but whenever I take the PSP off from the USB cord, it always says no music is in there. Someone please help! Also, when I drag and drop the music into the PSP MUSIC folder, it never downloads onto the PSP. Someone please help!

Okay, on the bottom right corner of your screen there should be a button where if you put your mouse over it, it will say unplug or eject hardware. You need to click that and STOP the psp hardware. Doing this you will be able to safely remove your psp from the computer. If you don't do this, the music wont save properly.

Did you try installing the psp as a new device on your computer?
