Easy way out.. hahaha.. I wouldnt leave him but I wouldnt run right back to the altar either. I always told my husband that if we get divorced then I would fight the vailidity of our marriage as we didnt have any witnesses.. Good question!!!

If i loved the guy and wanted to be with him then I would redo the marriage...If you really are not happy then you have an easy way out,only you know if you are happy or not....If it were me and I wasn,t happy then I would take the easy way out...

personally I would have the problem fixed. I have a great marriage.
Depending on what state you live in, it might not be easy to get out of if you've been together a while. Most states have a law that states if you live together for a certain period of time, you are considered married and have to go through the courts to be separated. (esp if children are involved)

Are you happy ? If not then take the easy way out. Wish I would have had that problem. I would have ran like hell.

Me personally that would be a blessing and i'd run fast as i could. But if you actually want to still be married get it fixed.

I would do it again. Only if you want out would you not do it again, in which case, why pay for a divorce you don't need.
