Darker colored shirts work well to hide sweat marks

Use an Anti-persperent (sp?) it helps aid you in not sweating as much.

BUT! Sweating @ a gym is normal

Use the brand Certain Dri antiperspirant. You will NOT sweat. It is awesome! But, follow the directions. Do not (not not not) put it on right out of the shower or right after you shave. It will both sting and itch. But, if you use it before you work out it will keep you dry as a bone. I don't just use it under my arms, I use it anywhere I get major sweaty. Here is the info from Drugstore.com

Fights Excessive Perspiration.

It is only $5 or $6 at any drugstore, and I think CVS (maybe it is Walgreens? or maybe Target... but somewhere) has a generic version that works just as well, too. It's only $5 and has a money back guarantee. Good luck.

Use Mitchum for women. I had that problem so bad and I didn't even have gym class. That stuff works a little too well after a while that you'll have to stop using it eventually because you're all back to normal. I used the Gel kind but I'm sure the solid works just as well.
