Yes, that's why you're told in the winter time (if you live somewhere with freezing temperatures) you should keep your gas tank half full. That's partly in case you get stranded, but partly to keep your tank from freezing.

No, gasoline does not freeze or at least I never heard of it.
It can get water in it from condensation. It can also get very old if left in a lawn mower over winter and cause problems. But there are products to use in your gas tank to prevent both problems.

If gasoline is mixed with water it might. But gasoline has a freezing temperature of -235 degrees Fahrenheit.

It can get really, really cold, but in LY low tempetures, it can freeze.
