I have two rabbits. They seem to eat non-stop, im sure they're not meant to eat that much. So how many times should I feed them a day?

Here's what your rabbit should provide for your rabbits:

Rabbits are natural grazers and must eat for the majority of the time in order to keep their gut moving. They must be allowed hay at all times (fresh, good quality timothy hay). They should never be left without hay and it's the best thing for them to nibble on. It's the main part of their diet.

Limited pellets (only enough just to cover the bottom of each of their bowls) once a day. Stay away from the museli type brands and choose good quality (boring looking) pellets that are high in fibre. Mine have Science Selective but Burgess complete is good too.

A small cup of veggies in the evening, not too much carrot as it's high in sugar, but brocolli, cabbage leaves, brussel sprouts, basil, parsley, mint, dandelion are all ok. Never give lettuce as it can cause digestive upsets and kill your rabbit.

Hope that helps.

If they are over a year, ...Your rabbits should get about 1/4 cup of food for every 5 lbs. of body weight. So, if you have 2, 5 lb. rabbits, that's 1/2 a cup of food each day. They should also be eating unlimited timothy hay and about 2 cups of vegetables each day.
If they're under 6 months they should be on unlimited pellets and unlimited hay.

I give my 2 buns pellets in the morning which lasts all day, veg in the afternoon and unlimited hay. They will eat more in the winter but keep an eye out for the rabbit becoming overweight as then health problems occur.

They need hay 24/7 or their poops can become diaghorea and they get sick. DO NOT HAVE A CONSTANT SUPPLY OF PELLETS!!! They are very fatty and your bun will soon be fatty! They also need either a good run in the grass to eat some grass (about an hour) or a bowl of veggies (DIFFERENT COLORS). ALSO A CONSTANT SUPPLY OF FRESH WATER! Most of my clients rabbits eat rabbit excel. it is vet recccomended and probably very tasty(the buns LOVE IT) it comes in junior/dwarf, lite, and regular. I reccomend that ALOT Charlotte
