I have set up ITunes etc, but it doesn't appear under "Devices" (there are no "devices" anyway). I don't know whether the fact that my IPod is unhappy (software issue) isn't helping?
Somebody please help - I am dangerously close to throwing the IPod and pc out of the window!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

try restatring the ipod , den plug it back up or restart the computer and pkug it in or go to my computer it should b under other devices

Charge the ipod fully ... try to reset the ipod if that dont work then try to unplug and replug ... nothing still go to depot.info.apple.com send it in ...
