within a 2 month period i got 2 dui's my lawyer said they will probably combine it as one being its my first offense. what are some consequences

highly doubtful. u got cracked for the same offense 2 months apart. u gonna wind up getting a sentence that will run on the 2nd dui for the jail term, and the driver license will most likely be combined. get used to walking for awhile.

I honestly doubt that 2 DUI's will be combined as one. The first DUI should have suspended your license. The second DUI should have done something more - I'm not sure what.
I will agree with the other people who have answered - and tell you to get a real lawyer.

You learned nothing from your first DUI arrest? Got another DUI in two months? The second arrest is not a first. You have TWO DUI's and feel you should have to go thru two court sessions. Maybe that would prevent you from having a third DUI, and hurting some innocent person as a result.

Well, I can't say specifically for PA, but here (Missouri) they would not be. It is NOT your first offense, it is your first offense AND your second offense. Clearly, you learned nothing the first time, so I can't say you are looking at much leniency...

You need to be locked up for a couple of years....my best friend was killed by a drunk driver....first offense!!!
Drinking and driving is just plain STUPID!!!!!
