some people are born with the talent, some develope it. Many dont have that talent but have a different one. You may not be able to draw to well now, but maybe youll get better in the end. It just takes practice! Either that or you have a different talent that suits you better. All-in-all, itll turn out in the end. ^_^

Don't give up. I don't know how old you are, but don't be so hard on yourself. Take time to LOOK at everything; don't just glance at it. Natural talent plays a part, but you have to draw all the time. I noticed after college that my art got better. I also notice every time I sit down to draw, that I need to 'warm up' and get into it to get good things. Don't let anyone tell you you won't be able to; just DRAW DRAW DRAW! It helps if you have a passion for it, too. Once you start to see improvement, it will spur you on to do more. Saturday classes help. Also, buy a sketchbook and carry it around all the time, drawing when you have down time. Forget about style for now; just draw what you see. Style will come.

Maybe it is the way you look at things. You can figure this out by taking any (not too complicated) line drawing. First copy it when the drawing is right side up. Then turn the original upside down, and copy it again (your drawing also should be upside down). If your copy of the upside down image is clearly better, then the problem is not a manual skill, but the way you look at thing.
But that is also something you can practice. Many people draw not what they see, but what they think they see. That happens not to be the same thing, as your brain may be happily interpreting what it thinks you should see. (A common example is that people draw the face proportionally much to large on a head, because the face is very important for us compared with the back of the head). By turning a drawing upside down you make it harder for your brain to recognize what is represented, so it gets less in the way.
Apart from that, not everybody has to be brilliant in drawing, you may be good in sculpture, music, knitting or whatever else. That's just as important than being able to draw. If drawing is not your strength, practice your strength, you will have more fun.

It's all about hand-eye coordination. Drawing is a skill that anyone can learn [[or so my art teachers says, though I'm skeptical]]. You just need practice.

I hope so but I doubt it. Even if it does pass the evil republicans will do their best to repeal it as soon as they come to power.
