Don't aggravate the area with over zealous scrubbing, try not to wear make up today. if your are staying home today put cortisone or neosporin on the scabs, if they are from acne try using a clay mask or regular toothpaste (not the gel kind) or acne cream to dry the scabs out a bit and absorb any excess oil, apply these multiple times through out the day to speed up the drying process.
Then tomorrow after you wash your face gently lift the edges of the scabs with a pair of tweezers, if they lift easily the scabs should come off with no problems, if there is resistance then don't take the scabs off, it will only make the problem worse and cause deeper bloody scabs that may scar.

Try Neosporin. It will speed your healing time. Also try using some 100% aloe vera to calm irritation and help soothe any redness. Also lemon juice is great for lightening the skin and diminishing any discoloration your boo boos might leave behind. Mix some with water and use as a toner. Apply to a cotton pad and then apply to your skin. Leave on for about 10 mins and then rinse with water and pat dry (or you could try leaving it on overnight if you wish). Keep your skin hydrated afterward by applying a generous amount of moisturizer! Also try googling "natural homemade face masks" to find some great at home recipes that you can use as additional help to calm your skin. And whatever you do, don't pick anymore! Let's your skin heal.

Wash your face as well as you can. Then put cortizone on the scabs. Last, apply your moisturizer before you go to sleep. You will be able to wash the scabs off in the morning, or at least most of the scabs.

First so it doesn't scar, use neosporin on it. But not too much or it could take longer to heal. To cover it up, use a cover stick to blot on your scabs, try to smooth it on and then use your regular cover up. Just don't mess with them too much as they probably aren't as noticeable as you think.

Sorry but they need time... not a lot you can do about it. Witch Hazel can help healing time thought (but not over night).
Use concealer to help cover them up but be careful cos they could end up looking unsightly and lumpy.
Why do you need to cover them up? Are they in a bad place or do you have an important engagement coming up?
Let mother nature take her time if you can put up with it.
