Somewhere in the world today someone cracked open a monkey's skull and ate it's brains as a delicacy , oh the humanity - - trails off sobbing , pain , agony , squinted eyebrows : (

OK just caught the second part - none of the above really happened ! Don't we all feel much better now , : )

Humor can be a good medicine to relieve unhappiness .

First, let every little thing get to you, that helps. Maybe hang out with low lifes who are always in trouble. Start drinking. Heavily. Let yourself go until it pains you to look at yourself in the mirror. Find someone who you are incompatible with, and establish a long lasting relationship. Oh yeah, and overreact to everything.

In all actuality happiness can actually cause problems in life if it is unfettered. A concept, called Depressive Realism, says that those who tend to lean to a more depressive state become more successful because they see things in terms of reality and are more driven to succeed because of their fear of failure. A fairly interesting idea, indeed

if you are happy all the time it should looked on as a gift. not to many people are happy all the time you are lucky.
