Psychology, Maths, English, and Biology would be your best bet!! I study psychology and psychology involves a little maths in that you deal with statistics, and also Biology would be good as psychology degrees contain elements of biology.

I don't think there are set A Levels you have to take in order to acheive this so long as you get enough UCAS points.
However, there are some that might prepare you better for your course than others. If you can take Psychology at A Level where you are than this will certainly help, otherwise Maths or any subject that will teach you stats is a good one because Psychology does involve quite a bit of statistics work (don't worry you'll get plenty of support when learning this in your degree!).
Another subject may be English Language because good written English and communication skills may help you in writing reports and communicating with people.

Psychology is very popular and very competitive so good grades are necessary. Not all universities need a psychology A level, they think they have to re-visit most A level curriculum anyway. Perhaps Biology, maths, psychology is the traditional preferred choice. You can go into child psychology through education or as a clinical psch. You have many years yet to decide what you want. Dont get too locked into only one career.

Check with the universities you want to apply to, or a range of them if you havent decided yet. You could probably do this online by searching and then emailing the relevant department or calling them. It is always safer to get the info from the horse's mouth. I would imagine something like biology is useful.
