i got my . less than a year ago and i never got it this month. my friend says that if your under a lot a stress (which i am) then sometimes it will skip. is that true?

contradicting to marrium it is accually true. ive skippe dmany times bescause of stress and mine is perfectly regualr otherewise. same with my mom. shes every 28 days adn if theres alot of stress at her owrk she will skipp or be a few days late. dont worry about it its normal. and if you do this alot try not to be stressed, alos it is a possibility that you may just be one of the hundered of girls that are irregular and if thats the case you can take meds to regualt eyour cycle. but the answer to your questin is yes you can be so stressed you skip.

During the first year to 2 years of your . it can be irregular. Its normal to skip around int he beginning. Im not sure about the whole stress thing but you could talk to your doctor about the facts if your still worried or unsure.

very true. but make sure your diet is well and you're not exercising too much - this can also lead to irregular periods.
most women don't get exactly regular for about 2 years after their first period.

This happens sometimes yes when your stressed dont worry... just practice some relaxing things, keep your body relax and it should come back, if you dont get it next month go see your doctor and he/she can help.

yup! its true. my teacher always told us that....it might skip if your stressed out =)and maybe your period cycle isnt regualted yet since you got it less than a year ago....

yes, I had that trouble when I was younger. My periods weren't reg until I was in my 30s.
