Here's what a cop told me one time, on my 3rd ticket:

The problem is, you are not paying attention: You are not watching out for cops!

Learn the law, and Don't Break It In Front of Officers! Watch the traffic flow. You can sense when cops are in the area. Learn to do that! (That's what They do!)
