why do people wear makeup??

Well if you start wearing makeup people get used to the way you look and so do you and once you start wearing it for a while. and you stop it does look pretty scary and people wear it because for young teens it helps them feel older and pretty.and for older people they put on makeup to cover up there blemishes and unwanted wrinkles and make themselves look younger.

I have two reasons:

1. Without makeup, I look like a kid that attends elementary school.

2. I wear glasses, so I just put makeup on my eyes to make them stick out.

ppl dfeel they look scary already, then they cant stop 'cause they get hooked and when you dont wear it, you feel you look even uglier until one day you arent wearing it and some random person you dont know tell you you look pretty and then you'll be cured, but what are the chances of you letting that happen when you feel ugly without your make up.

If a woman is plain and has light colored eyelashes, or light eyebrows. they need to darken them to be noticed. Then face makeup is for the skin to look flawless. Depending on how well a person can apply their make up as to if it looks good or not.

They do it to hide flaws....no one wants anyone to see how they look underneath it all so they use makeup to hide it.

They want to enhance their features...adding a little color never hurts.

ahahaha. well i think that if you wear it today you should wear more of the natural mellow tones. like light tans and peaches none of those dark reds and purples. or you should wear it at all i think that pretty people need to stop covering their faces up with ugly mounds or eyeshadow

well im a guy so i cant say i wear it but i think like woman wear it kuz they wanna look Nice when they go out or they dont wanna look ugly without it or just want to try looking sexy or Hot for guys
