The best way to make your blue eyes stand out is by using an eyeshadow that contrasts. So, you should use a bronze or brown shade. I have blue/green eyes and brown shades make the blue even brighter!!!!!

Wow you are lucky! Brown hair and blue eyes. Well I recommend using a light pearl color as your base then use a light turquoise as your accent color and a pinky nude color on your brow bone. Use a dark navy liquid eyeliner or a light blue or white eyeliner for a more subtle effect. Finish it off with a little black mascara.

really, any color you wear will bring attention to your eyes; however, browns with a little pink or blue hints will stand out. and the trick is mainly in the application of the colors. how well you blend, smudge, and fade will make all the difference in the world. also, keeping a darker, rich color closer to the lashes (smokey eye) will definitely bring out those baby blue's! good luck!

try browns, bronzes, and light and dark blues.
1. apply brown or black eyeliner
2. spread the brown all over you lid from lash to right below crease.
3.apply the dark blue into the crease
4. apply the light blue into the brow
5. apply volumizing mascara, like bad girl lash
try buying almay's "bring out the blue" set at drug stores

a light rose color for starter and then a darker pose in thecrease of eyelid to the lashes would really make your eyes sparkle. also use the lighter color right underneath the outside corner of the eyebrow and inside the eye at the tearduct for a color lift of your blue eyes!
