10 feet. All though most basketball hoops come with a range of 7.5-10ft tall, the officail hight to play at is 10 ft.

10 ft. if it were 8 ft. we would all be high flying dunkers. I mean come on we played on 8ft. goals when i was like 8 yrs old. with the amount of 7 footers in the league, lol. they would be knocking teeth out on the rim.
