I think it might have been the Marshall Tucker Band. The Subject of the song worked at Buckeye Steel and lived on Parsons Ave in Columbus Ohio. I google it but I get is that stupid Gretchen Wilson song and thats not it. Thanks in Advance!

I remember the song and I think it might have been the Marshall Tucker Band they are from Columbus Ohio so is Rascal Flatts but they'd been babies or not even born when this song was popular. I remember the line about Parsons Avenue and something about living in a trailer and cars in the yard up on blocks. K95 played it a lot before they sold out. Sorry I can't help you, all I get is that Wretchin Wilson Song too it sucks! I agree!

sorry.. I tried searching, but all I could find was a song fron 1987 by Lynn Lovett that only had the words redneck women in it, nothing that said anything about Parsosns Avenue
