yes a death match is when somebody literally fights for there life and you win by killing your opponent.
in wwe and tna etc they dont have death matches but some freaks do and yes they do die

A Deathmatch tends to be the most severe, with a heavy emphasis on the usage of foreign objects to induce bleeding. The types of foreign objects and the nature of the foreign objects are used so as to be extremely graphic and violent in nature. In more recent years, some state athletic commissions in the US have cracked down on the types and frequency of weapons used in these matches.
Nobody dies in the match and its just called a deathmatch due to its extremely violent nature.

no its more like a hella hardcore match. you cant have a death match in wrestling seeing the winners are planned out, but yeah a death match is when theres barbed wire on ropes. electricity strikes u when u hit the ropes, explosions when u drop your opponent on the floor on the outside mat. but the only thing thats real is the barbed wire. they pretend there effected by the explosion and electricuted

it's a wrestling game.. u can use weapon to like wwe games, but this game is kinda funny..
