I once shipped a game of similar size I sold on Ebay. I charged the winner $7.00 shipping, but it ended up costing me about $13.50...US First Class mail. I almost fell over.
To Canada? I'd add a couple of Bucks....

It depends on who you use and which service. Overnight is always fairly expensive. The postal service's media rate is pretty cheap but takes time.
In my experience the private carriers take slightly better care of a package. But none of them are gentle. They seem to think fragile is some strange italian word.
