Good luck. But the next one will still be your 3rd

most likely you cannot get them combined to be a first offense. you may however be able to get the sentences to run concurrent, which means you will only have to do 10 days and one DUI intervention class weekend retreat thing. i would start going to AA meetings and get slips signed to show the court you are trying to get help for your problem, they like that kind of stuff. tell them you realize you have a problem , whether you believe it or not.

Chances are they will not be 'combined'. You might go to court and be judged on both in the same day, maybe in the same sitting. But the tickets will be 2 separate charges with 2 separate judgments. You will have 2 fines to pay and 2 jail terms, if any, and your license will be suspended twice, if any. One ticket is the first offense, the second ticket is a separate second offense. You will be walking for a while.

they are going to be mixed for applications of trial, you will nonetheless have 2 separate quotes - one taken care of as first offense, the different taken care of as 2d offense. you're actually not any extra a time-honored time criminal in case you have 2 separate DUI arrests. you will receive fines, detention center time, and probation for the 2d offense augmented with further situations from the 1st offense. A plea good deal might decrease the 1st offense yet in all probability not the 2d.

Because it's TWO different charges, they probably won't be combined. You probably will have to do some time or pay a really bad fine. One of them won't be considered a first offense since there is, in fact, two different offenses. Good luck.

You need to stop driving drunk. In my home state you would likely get about a week in jail, couple of thousand dollar fine and one year license suspension.

You will need to hire a good DUI lawyer.
Get some help if you need it and good luck.
