I guess I would try speaking with them first. Be nice, but let them know they are disturbing you and see if you can reach some sort of an agreement. Maybe they can confine the hours they make so much noise, or maybe close an open window. The noise is probably bothering their other neighbors also, so you might want to solicit their help. Maybe these nosiy neighbors don't even realize how loud they are. If that doesn't work, many communities have noise ordinances, that are enforcable. Keep record of when the disturbances occur, and when you have determined it's chronic -report them. If those things don't work, you can either live with it or leave. You could try to retaliate by making your own noise, but that will probably only end in tears.

Sorry, I dont have neighbors.But if I did I would probably have a barn party and invite them over and show them how we red necks like to rock and roll.

fight noise with noise. get a chain saw use it in the morning everyday carving wood sculptures

I would get big piceces of cardboard And write "What are you looking at!", and put it in the windows of my house!

and if they were so desperate to spy on you, they would have to get their fat, lazy @sses up and clean them all!!!
