I don't care if he did inhale. It was an irrelevant issue 15 years ago and it's absolutely meaningless today.

Bill Clinton smokes a lot more than pot and not only inhaled, but held his breath. Thats why his brain cells are dead
I wonder if a polititian exists that doesn't or didn't smoke pot or drink....
The issue is how do you smoke pot and not inhale.like having a drink, but not swallowing

Yup. He never drank or smoked cigarettes, and always wants to be liked by whatever group he is with at the time, so I can see him faking taking a hit just to seem cool at the time.
