For level 2, you need 250 points. You can level up if you answer most questions as possible, they choose your answer to best answer, vote answers and sign in to Yahoo! Answers once daily. Push yourself to the max in answers and voting. Refrain from asking questions. It should take about a week to level up.

The more questions you answer it will all add up and you will be able to go to level 2. But asking questions will deduct -5 of of every question.

Answer as many questions as you can. Vote for best answer and undecided answer. You get points that way. The more points you get the higher in levels you go.

Answer as many questions you can per day each day until your points soon add up too 250 points. It only took me about a month but I didnt answer questions each day. Also try to limit your questions because you lose 5 poins each time you ask them. You can also vote for best answers on undiced questions. It will go by quicker than you think.

Same as I did...you need to answer lots of questions and choose lots of best answer and be choosen lots of time as best answer so you can rack up the points...you need 250 points to get there!
