How bad on the long run to health is working each fourth night a twelve hour third shift?
How bad on the long run to health is working a third shift on a 40h per week basis?

I worked the 2nd shift for about 15 years. I have been retired for about 2 years now. I still cannot adjust going to bed before minnight or 1 a.m.

Other countries have constraints on shift work. Expecially rotating shifts which can cut years off a person life. Would be best to take a cut in wages and get a day time job.
