um...no...unless there was not a justified reason for using it. if you were tazed...then you were probably given more than your fair share of warnings to comply. law enforcement officials are trained of how and when to use these devices...the are not just handed out...they have to be qualified to use them. be thankful you were tazed and not shot...stupid! just do what you are supposed to and you wont be in that situation. you pay the bill.....oh but you are probably now on welfare so we will pay the bill...thanks!

what do you mean tazzed ,if you mean harassed then no but as far as a tazer yes but the charges may be against you, ultimately your responsible for your portion of any medical bill, in some circumstanced if you talk with the finical dept at the hospital they may be willing to work with you or even do payments, but if you were tazzered then yes you can press charges it is illegal for anyone to use a tazzer on another you should contact your local police dept.

I don't believe that you were tazzed. And even if you were, it's not powerful enough to land you in the hospital. It's only meant to subdue you. Nice try for your first day in here though.

I should hope not. You should be responsible for the hospital bill, I am sure there was a pretty good reason why you were shot with a taser.

Nope. Must have been a darn good reason for the cops to have done that. You cover it yourself, if there are medical charges.

You mean shot with a taser gun? I doubt it. Were you resisting arrest?
