It seems that they are true stories. becoz recently, a satellite sent pictures of the sea at Rameshwaram (Tamilnadu) in which stone bridge is appeared, which was said to be built during Rama-Ravana war. and in Mahabharat, Abhimanyu learns about Padmavyuha before his birth,when he was an infant. now, Infantory education centers developed all over india, which teach a baby before birth, right from 3 months pregnency of mother.

Dude first of all MAHABHARAT n RAMAYAN are not "NOVELS" they are religious texts,many described in them are facts and the rest is mythology,n as u might b knowing you cant explain mythology or legends with plain logic,so its better to read them n try to learn wht they tryin to tell instead of questioning them.
