Does anyone know the exact location in the Miss Potter film where William Hellis attached the for sale sign?

It did say "Hill Top" above the for sale sign in the film, but was this the location or possibly elsewhere

There is a place called Hill Top in Bowness on Windermere, it's opposite a hotel called The Cranleigh, stayed there nice place. Beatrice Potter museum is round the corner. Lovely place Bowness,going back at Easter, i highly recommend it for break !
