There's some kind of over the counter stuff called oscillococcinum that is supposed to help fight off the flu, I have never tried it though so I'm not sure if it works or not, but it's worth a shot

First off if she ACTUALLY has the flu she needs to go to the doctor ASAP. And you should maybe try some peptobismol for her stomach symptoms untill she gets to the doctor to get on real antiviral meds.

I have heard Zycam works really well. She needs to try to drink some warm broth, and of course gets lots of sleep. As bad as she feels, one thing that makes me feel better is taking a hot shower.

Give her lots of liquids! Gatorade will hep in lemon flavor or berry punch....
Also I know its cold.... but put a wet cool cloth on her head and belly to lower some of that fever away.......
