i can spin but when it comes to going fast i can't do it. i need to learn please HELP!!!!

yep, spotting really does help btu most importantly is to practice everyday. Also, keep yoru balance adn relax. It never looks right when youa re uptight.

Spot your head more quickly would be the first part of it. BUt also try taking smaller, faster steps while turning. Also try holding your arms in one place.

in order to go faster, spot more quickly, and as you do more turn, pull your arms in to a tighter circle to keep your momentum. hope it helps!

just keep your balance. tuck in you butt. suck in your stomach. thats what i do
