I'm guessing you want this factored. Here's throwing you a bone for a "please do my homework, I don't understand it enough to ask the whole question"
Your first clue is that 4 and 9 are both square numbers. Since htere's no 1st order term (something times x), then you know it's got to be (ax + b) (ax - b) so the x term cancels. Since they're squares, it's easy: (2x + 3) (2x - 3)

4x² + 9. . is not a difference of two squares
Example
a² - b² = (a + b) (a - b)

16+9=25
