Fair play to your husband for demanding an apology!!!! It wasnt a joke really was it? Youre are an adult and so is she (supposedly), what was the purpose of it anyway? She has showed herself to be quite pathetic really as well by not apologising. Even if it was a joke! It is ashame that because of HER inappropriate behaviour, your husband hasnt spoken to her and she hasnt contacted the children. Thats not always a good place to be. What do your children think? If they arent bothered about it I wouldnt worry too much. However, if they are perhaps some cantact should be made for their sake. I still think she should apologise though. Maybe one day she will realise that what she did was not right (probably when she realises how much she misses her grankids!)
