.65 cents? I think that's how much they go for these days. The problem with collecting soda memorabalia is that you have to keep in mind millions of this product were mass produced, making them easy to find in great numbers.

Probably nothing, just a slight factory/plant mess up! On second thought, that would be too weird if in fact Beer was in the can and not Pepsi! Then it could be worth a lawsuit I would think.
