The others are all XP's, so they'd all be 32bit.

He's right but for the wrong reasons. I doubt very much that you are using a beta version of x64 that is, if you purchased it. Assuming you did purchase it, it's probably a matter of lacking 64-bit drivers for that particular wireless card. All the others may have worked but this one just may not have been compatible with any of the included drivers. You will either have to track down a compatible 64-bit driver for the card (note, a 32-bit driver WILL NOT work) or get a card that is compatible with x64.

Are the other computers running x64 as well or just that one? If that's the case then I'm 100% sure that is what your problem is.

Windows XP Pro x64 is not in any beta right now. It was released a while ago as a matter of fact. And yes, there are compatability probs with wireless adapters. Finding drivers are very difficult. Depending the type of card that you have (I have a Netgear WPN311, and we will use that as an example), search on google for "Netgear wpn311 x64 driver" and you should eventually find something. Another good drivers website (excluding the annoying ads) is Driverguide.com. You have to register to use it. Good luck and happy searching.
