AAA has better benefits than car insurance companies, because they charge a flat annual fee and provide service.
Car insurance companies do the same thing. BUT if you ever use it it gets put on your insurance record just like an accident or ticket would, since you are using the insurance. They do the same with 'free rental cars' when yours is in for service, even though you're paying an annual fee for it.
Don't take my word for it, ask them. I found out the hard way when my insurance went up after using the 'free rental car' and 'free towing' and had no tickets in over 5 years.

No, my Insurance gives the same service for less money. I get the maps and discount for meals and lodging from AARP.

Yes and I love the hotel and theme park discounts and cheaper car rental. I haven't taken one of their guided trips yet but we are considering it.

yes. they tow your car for free. well a certain amount of miles anyways. they also offer discounts to alot of places including restaurants
