Can anyone help me find the health code for oregon which states no outside food or beverage in restaurants?

I believe that is an individual restaraunt's perogative. If there is a health code, it would be to guard against contaminated food being brought in. Health codes are listed in the Oregon State codes which you should be able to find in the refernce area of the library. You may also be able to get the actual code, if there is one, from the health department.
