no idea, but if it as a wheel it should get enough

The good exercise for a hamster is to play on the wheel and let the hamster have free time out of the cage for at least 2 hours per day

The hamster does need a wheel to run on, and most cages sold for hamsters are actually way too small to keep them in. They should really have a large cage, with plenty of levels to climb up and down onto, and they also love to run through plastic tubes.

On average, a hamster runs about 8 miles a night on its wheel!

Alot. In the wild, hamsters can travel many miles during the night to search of food. In captivity obviously there's no need for this, but the desire is still there. I breed dwarf hamsters myself and they are colony animals. No matter how many hamsters are in a cage, I always make sure that each of them has a wheel. As long as your hamster has a wheel, they will get as much exercise as their bodies need. Toilet rolls, wood chew sticks, climbing toys, and runabout balls are also excellent for giving your hammie exercise.

Hope this helps.

A lot...if you have a hamster wheel that will help, but you have to get them out and give them attention. Buying a hamster ball so it can run around the house is a good idea as well.

as long as you do not let him close to the steps, then no. I pronounced yet another answer( i do not understand who's) and that i agree that hamsters like freedom. Your hamster will sense solid operating round in an excellent area. at the same time as he's operating in his ball, be sure you block the steps with something, stay down stairs, or basically flow in a room and close the door.

Just put an exercise wheel in their cage, and they will exercise as much as they want. They can never exercise too much. Or use a plastic ball and let them run around in them.

hamsters know how much they need to exercise during the night on their wheel, since in the wild they are used to scurrying around in search of food. so just leave it be, and make sure you don't overfeed it.

Five hours a day is the best for a hamster.

You don't want to over do it. Get it a wheel and have it use that but if it won't let it out for a short walk around for about 10 minutes or so

i take mine out 2 times a day to run in its exercise ball, available at petsmart or target. usually anywhere from 30 minutes or 60 minutes. plus the wheel in its cage.
