My neck has like black rings around it and i scrub and scrub but it is stil pretty black what can I do?

Could also be acanthosis nigricans. This is a skin disorder that is common in people with insulin resistance and may mean you are at higher risk for diabetes. Definitely bring this up with your doctor.

What Ralex said is 100% right. I was going to post the same thing, but he was faster. It could be that you're insulin resistant, and if you're it's very treatable. If you're overweight/obese with weight loss it will get lighter (may have to take metformin/other medications). If you're not obese you might want to look into metformin/other medications to stop the symptoms. (If diagnosed with insulin resistance)

Have a dermatologist check you for tinea versicolor. If it is the cause of the blackness, then check out www.hufa.org - the yeast link - for info that may help you eliminate the blackness.
